Ingredients

1 1/2 pound ground beef; cooked
1 cup onion; chopped
1 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup oil
2 cans; (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can; (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces ziti; cooked and drained
3 cups mozzarella; shredded

Original recipe makes 8 Servings

Preparation

1. Cook onion and bell pepper and oil in microwave 4 minutes or until tender.

2. Combine all ingredients and half of the cheese in a bowl.

3. Pour into a greased pan.

4. Top with remaining cheese.

5. Label

Baked Ziti

Bake thawed 25-30 minutes or until hot.

Measure 4 1/2 pounds into a large and the remaining into a small container or make 3 small.
