Chicken and Green Chilies Casserole
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 1 cuponions; chopped |
| 1 cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 cream of chicken soup |
| 2 tablespoonsmargarine |
| 1 green chilies; small can, do not drain |
| 2 cupcheddar cheese; grated |
| 3 cupschicken; diced |
| 1 cupchicken broth |
| 20 corn tortillas |
Chicken and Green Chilies Casserole Preparation
1. Cook onion in margarine until tender.
2. Mix together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, green chilies, onion, chicken, and chicken broth.
3. In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan layer:
half of tortillas
half of soup mixture
half of cheddar cheese
4. Repeat layers.
5. Freeze or Bake 300 convection 350 regular oven for 30 minutes.
6. Label:

Bake thawed 350 oven for 30 minutes
