Dozen
Original recipe makes 3 Dozen
1 bag; (14 oz.) sweetened, flaked coconut
1/2 cupflour
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoonsvanilla

Coconut Macaroons Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. (I use foil sprayed with pam)

2. In large bowl, stir together flour, coconut and salt. Then stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, using your hands until well blended.

Use ice cream scoop to drop dough balls onto prepared cookie sheet.

( I use small ice cream scoop)

Cookies should be about golf ball size.

3. Bake until coconut is toasted, about 15- 20 minutes.
