| 3/4 cupbrown sugar |
| 3/4 cupwhite sugar |
| 1 cupnutella |
| 1/2 teaspoonVanilla extract |
| 2 Eggs |
| 2 cupsall-purpose flour |
| 1/4 cupunsweetened cocoa |
| 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda |
| 1/2 teaspoonsalt |
| 1 cupchocolate chips |
| 1/2 cuphazelnuts; chopped |
Chocolate Nutella Cookies Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter in an electric mixer for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the sugars and nutella and mix well, scraping down the sides of the bowl to mix evenly.
2. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating for 30 seconds between each. Add vanilla and mix well.
3. Sift dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and mix into wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and hazelnuts and then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
4. Spoon tablespoon-sized drops of dough onto parchment paper line cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring to baking rack.
Notes
Make sure to let cookie sit on cookie sheet to cool for a few minutes before transferring to cooling rack, otherwise cookies will fall apart.
