Great on a cold night; using fresh, frozen or 'end of use by' vegetables
Places sausages and vegetables in pot with olive oil to coat with the oil. Fry for a few minutes. No need to brown the sausages. Add gravy powder, sauce and boiling water and cover the vegetables and sausages. Cook until potatoes are soft and gravy is nice and thick. Serve with sour cream if liked. Can add seasonings if liked but the gravy powder and sauce has enough salt.
Can use up any vegies left over in the fridge. Use any types of vegies that you like eg zucchini, mushrooms and silverbeet
If you can't get it thick enough add some packaged mash potato or a little plain flour and water
