2 sweet red peppers; sliced
1 sweet onion; halved & sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Divide between two double thicknesses of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. x 12 in.) Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Open foil carefully.
