Delicious and easy fairy cakes ideal for parties and special occasions etc,
Preheat oven to 190?c or 170?c if your using a fan forced oven. Line a whole muffin tray with muffin/cupcake cases. Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually stir in the three beaten egg's, then add the vanilla essence. Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir until the flour is no longer visible. If the mixture sticks to the spoon add in the milk and stir. Fill the cases until they're almost full and bake for 15-20 minutes or until light golden in colour and springy to touch.
