Can be made into individual calzones as well
Preheat oven to 400?. Grease large cookie sheet.
Press pizza dough into 14 x 8 inch rectangle.
Combine ricotta, mozzarella, pepperoni & cornstarch. Spread cheese mixture on long side of dough to cover half of the dough leaving a 1 inch border. Spoon 1/2 cup of Ragu over cheese. Fold other half of dough over filling. Pinch edges together to seal. Cut 4 slits in top. Bake 16 - 20 minutes or until golden. Brush with butter and sprinkle on parmesan cheese. Serve with remaining Ragu.
