Original recipe makes 8 Servings
8 oztomatillos; husked, rinsed & chopped
1/2 cupcilantro leaves; packed
1 tblslime juice; fresh squeezed
1 tspkosher salt
2 serrano chiles; stemed, seeded & chopped
1 avocado; pitted & peeled
1/2 small white onion; chopped

Taco-Shop Guacamole Preparation

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
