Ingredients
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 2 Pound Country Style Pork Spare Rib |
| 1/2 Each Onion; (sliced into rings) |
| 1/2 Each Lemon; (sliced into rings) |
| 16 Ounces Tomato Sauce; (1 can) |
| 24 Ounces Water; (1 1/2 cans) |
| 5 Ounces Worcheshire Sauce; (1/3 can) |
| 1 ts Chili Powder |
| 1 ts Salt |
| 6 ds Hot Sauces; (dashes) |
COUNTRY STYLE PORK SPARE RIBS Preparation
Preheat oven to 450~. Place ribs in a baking pan. Put lemon and onion slices on top of meat. Bake for 20 minutes at 450~. Combine all other ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. After ribs have browned for 20 minutes, pour sauce over meat and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350~. Baste every 15 minutes.
