Plucketts Preparation
Disolve one yeast cake in 1/4 cup of water.
Add sugar,butter and salt to scalded milk.
When cooled to lukewarm add yeast and eggs and enough flour to make a stiff batter
Knead
Cover and let rise 'tiul double
Knead down and let rise again
Roll dough into small balls the size of walnuts
Dip in butter and then in mix of
3/4 cup sugar, 3 tsp cinnamon, & 1/2 cup nuts
Pile loosely in ungreased tube pan
Let rise 30 minutes
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
