Amaretto Coconut Pie Preparation
Beat butter and sugar at med. speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add milk, amaretto, and flour, beating well. Stir in coconut. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9" pieplate. Bake at 350~ for 35 mins. or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
