Original recipe makes 36 Servings
| 3 cFlour |
| 1 tsBaking soda |
| 1 1/2 cCanola oil |
| 1/2 tsButter flavoring; optional |
| 4 cPowdered sugar |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
| 3 cApples; fresh chopped |
| 8 ozCream cheese |
| CAKE |
| 3 Eggs |
| 1 tsVanilla |
| FROSTING |
| 8 tbMargarine |
| 1 tsVanilla |
| 2 cSugar |
Apple Cookie Sheet Cake Preparation
CAKE: Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix at once. Pour into 11 x 16 jelly roll pan. Bake at 325? for 35-45 min. ICING: Mix together. Spread over cooled cake.
