Easy yummy Chcken Parmesan recipe! A big hit with the family!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in the microwave.
Place bread slices, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, salt and pepper into a blender or food processor until well chopped.
Put butter in a shallow dish (large enough to dip one piece of chicken at a time.
Put crumb mixture in a shallow dish.
Dip chicken breasts into butter and then into the crumb mixture.
Place chicken, skin side up, in an oblong baking dish.
Sprinkle the extra crumb mixture onto the chicken breasts; drizzle with the leftover butter.
Bake for 1 hour.
