Pot Roast
If roast is large, cut in half lengthwise. Remove all visable fat. Salt and pepper roast and braise on all sides.
Put small amount of tuscan sauce in bottom of slow-cooker. Place meat in slow cooker, add remaining Tuscan sauce and set for cooking time of 6 hours.
When meat is done, put on plate, cover with foil and place in oven at 175 deg. to keep warm.
Pour out any left over oil in braising pot. Pour sauce from slow cooker into braising pot and turn on high. Add milk.
Dissolve flour in a little bit of cold water. Pour into pot and boil for 10 minutes.
Separate meat with fork prior to serving.
