Original recipe makes 20 Servings
1 10 oz. packageRefrigerated pizza crust
2 cups (8 oz.)Mozzerella cheese; shredded & divided
1/4 cup (1 oz.)Fresh Parmesan cheese; grated
2/3 cupMayonnaise
2 tablespoonsFresh basil leaves (or 2 tsp. dried); snipped
1 Garlic clove; pressed
4 Plum tomatoes; sliced

Tomato-Basil Squares Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375?F. Using lightly floured Baker's Roller, roll pizza crust to within 1 inch of edge of Rectangle Stone. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese; set aside.

2. Using Deluxe Cheese Grater, grate Parmesan cheese into Small Batter Bowl. Add remaining mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, basil and garlic pressed with Garlic Press; mix well.

3. Using Ultimate Slice & Grate fitted with v-shaped blade, slice tomatoes; arrange evenly over crust. Using Medium Scoop, scoop cheese mixture evenly over tomatoes; spread evenly. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares; serve warm.
