Suggest a better descriptionFork meat before seasoning. Place in a glass pan that has foil on the bottom and enough to seal around meat, fatty-side up. Add all the ingredients and fold the foil to seal the meat. Place pan in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before cooking. Cook at 275? for 5 hours.
