"Give your life a kick! Use this mixture for barbecue or blackened steaks, shrimp, ribs, chicken, blackened fish, cajun soups, gumbos or sauces."
Mix all ingredients together and place in a jar.
Now Personally I also throw in a couple of tablespoons of my homegrown ground & dried jalapenos and usually use hickory smoked salt in with the kosher salt, about 1/2 of the 1/4 cup of salt. I will throw all this in a small food processor and grind it all togethr for about 1 minute till it's all mixed really well.
Store in a cool, dark place up to 1/2 a year.
Enjoy!
