lauriew ,This is so tasty and so easy it makes me feel guilty. My husband said "Don't lose this recipe". He loves chicken this way.9y
karabella626 ,Everytime i make this everyone loves it! Only difference is that I use thin chicken breast because they cook faster and i season the mayo before putting it on top of the the chicke9y
ofearghail ,I wish I could rate this even higher. .. This is absolutely the best chicken I've ever eaten!9y
mrsmorehouse ,The chicken came out very moist. I used Kraft mayo with olive oil and grated Parmesan, next time I'll use a combination of freshly grated Parmesan and Asiago cheeses. The topping is a little thicker than I anticipated, but still very good.9y
rchrs5 ,I am making this for my daughters wedding for 200 guests. Can I prepare it ahead of time and bake it before serving?9y
khryszkayne ,I made this recipe as is, minus the mustard, and it turned out excellent! Going to add and change things up eventually but all in all it was a hit with the whole family10y
chanda1969 ,I got some great compliments from a very picky person when I served this! So simple to make, yet such a creative idea. Will definitely be making this again soon!10y
irishgirl07 ,A new family favorite. I did change the mayo to Kraft mayo with olive oil and I used Italian Herb & Garlic bread crumbs, because that was what I had. Next time I will try less mayo and the last few minutes on broil. But very moist, tender and absolutely delish!10y
terriputnam ,Very easy and juicy, I seasoned with salt and pepper and garlic powder before spreading the mayo mixture, would make again10y
jafkitchen ,Excellent! Very moist and tender. I used a blend of Italian cheeses and Italian Panko with some extra Italian seasonings mixed in. Served with asparagus and pan fried potatoes.10y
tipton5260 ,Cooked on a rack so it wouldn't be soggy and it came out perfect, so crispy & yummy!10y
mirandaelee1 ,I used part Parmesan, part provolone for the cheese because I didn't have 1/4 a cup of Parmesan, but it turned out fantastically! I also didn't have Italian bread crumbs either, so I used Panko breadcrumbs with a combination of Italian seasonings I had on hand. The extra fat and stuff from the mayo will go to the bottom of the pan, so only put the mayo and bread crumbs on top to keep it from getting soggy, or use a metal rack to keep the drippings away from the chicken.10y
