Great recipe! To add a little "zing" marinate the chicken in white wine worchestershire sauce for a couple of hours.

My chicken was very soggy on the bottom... Im not sure if there was too much mayo but they definitely weren't crunchy

I seldom rate anything lower than 4 stars, but this was just not good. Moist, yes but that is not accounting for the gobs of grease in the pan. My kids LOVE mayo with a passion I find somewhat disturbing but they only poked at this chicken along with my husband. I had to agree, there was really little flavor to it. I give it a grade "D".

This was very simple & tasty. This isn't the first time I've used Mayo in this way & it's absolutely fabulous. Just don't let the Mayo haters in the kitchen. They will never know. One thing I did different is after flattened I cooked for about 5 min less & turned the broiler on at the end for extra crunch! TU for sharing.
