This is a recipe my Aunt Louise first made for our family. I have made it for various events and it always goes over really well. Everyone always assumes ice cream is an ingredient, but it isn't! I don't have a picture for it as I am new at adding recipes, but will get one the next time I make it :)
CRUST:
1. Mix together all crust ingredients.
2. Set aside 1/2 cup of the crust (will use for topping).
3. Press remaining crust ingredients into the bottom of a spring form pan. DOES NOT GET BAKED!
FILLING:
4. Beat cream cheese with mixer.
5. Add sugar and mix well.
6. Add peanut butter.
7. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
8. Stir in the vanilla.
9. Fold in the Cool Whip
10. Pour mixture into the pan on top of the crust.
11. Sprinkle the remaining crust mixture on top and add a few more crushed peanuts if you want.
12. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
13. Freeze until serving (take out a few minutes in advance).
