Impossibly Easy Cherry-Almond Pie
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 1/2 cupBisquick |
| 1/4 cupsugar |
| 3/4 cupmilk |
| 2 tablespoonsbutter |
| 1/4 teaspoonalmond extract |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1 can (21 ounces)cherry pie filling |
| 1 brown sugar strussel |
| slivered almonds; toasted (if desired) |
| Brown Sugar Strussel |
| 1/2 cupBisquick |
| 1/2 cupbrown sugar; packed |
| 1/2 teaspooncinnamon; ground |
| 2 tablespoonsbutter |
Impossibly Easy Cherry-Almond Pie Preparation
For streusel: Mix ingredients together and cut in butter until crumbly.
Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate. In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients except for pie filling, streusel, and almonds until well blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle streusel over pie filling and bake about 10 minutes or until streusel is golden brown. Cool and sprinkle with almonds.
