Brown Rice Preparation
1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
2. Add the garlic and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the rice and stir. Cook about 5 minutes.
4. Add in the beef boulion and cook 25 minutes.
Serve with tomatoes or meatballs!
