Low Sodium Slightly sweet and quite light for homemade bread
Place in bread machine in order specified by manufacturer. Process on dough cycle. At end of cycle remove to a floured board. Pull into 10 pieces. Shape each into a rounded, flattened roll and place on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until double, about 1/2 hour. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Finding good tasting low sodium recipes is a trial and error thing. These buns turned out great. To cut down on the amount of bread we made 17 buns instead of the 10 called for. I can see I won't be buying any more hamburger buns.
