Fondant au Chocolate Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
Grease and flour a 25cm round baking tin
Melt the chocolate and add the coffee and mix in well
Add the butter and mix well
Add he sugar and mix well
Add each egg, one at a time and mix in very well
Add the flour and mix
Bake for 15 minutes
In my oven it takes 15 minutes and the cake comes out gooey in the middle. Serve it warm with plenty of fresh whipped cream. Also, I have made this cake without flour, and it works just as well
