Roast Lemon Chicken
A delicious easy to make roast chicken with a hint of lemon, spicy jalapeños and garlic"This was wonderful! I put mine in the slowcooker on low for 6 hours and it was perfect. The skin wasn't crispy, but the meat was super moist and fell right off the bone when it was time to serve it. The Jalapenos, lemon and garlic really gave it a good flavor. I will make this again!" - melissabeckley1
