Broccoli Salad
Original recipe makes Servings
| 2 bunchesbroccoli; trim off heads, divide into little pieces |
| 1/2 cupgreen olives; sliced |
| 4 stalksgreen onions; sliced |
| 1/4 cupparmesan cheese; shredded |
| 1 handfulmozzarella cheese; shredded |
| Dressing |
| 1/2 cupmayonaise |
| 1/4 cupcreamy Italian salad dressing |
| 1/8 teaspoonsalt |
Broccoli Salad Preparation
Prepare and mix vegetables in a bowl. Add cheeses and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients of the dressing and whisk thoroughly. Add more mayonnaise if necessary. Add more salt and/or Italian salad dressing as desired. Pour dressing over the vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate.
