Moist healthy muffins that taste oh, so good!
Mix the zucchini, banana, oil, apple sauce, vanilla, and honey. Add the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray or use paper cupcake liners. Fill the tins about 3/4. Bake the muffins about 25-30 minutes. Let them cool a few minutes before removing the muffins from the tins.
Unsweetened applesauce can be used instead of cinnamon flavored, for a little healthier muffin.
