Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1 poundbacon; chopped, friend, drained
1 headiceburg lettuce; rinsed, dried, chopped
1 red onion; peeled, chopped
1 (10 oz) pkgfrozen green peas; rinsed, thawed
10 ozCheddar cheese; shredded
1 cupCauliflower; chopped
Dressing:
2/3 cupparmesan cheese; grated
1 1/4 cupmayonnaise
2 tablespoonssugar

Seven Layer Salad by LMB Preparation

1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown, drain and set aside.

2. In a large flat bowl, place the chopped lettuce and top with a layer of onion, peas, shredded cheese, cauliflower and bacon.

3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle over salad and refrigerate until chilled.
