Absolutely the best pork tenderloin recipe I have tried. melts in your mouth.

| 3/4 cupsoy sauce |
| 1/2 cupbourbon |
| 1/4 cupworcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 cupwater |
| 1/4 cupcanola oil |
| 4 clovesgarlic; minced |
| 3 tblsbrown sugar |
| 2 tblsblack pepper |
| 1 tspwhite pepper |
| 1/2 tspground ginger |
| 1 tspsalt |
Jodie's bourbon-marinated pork tenderloin Preparation
Combine soy sauce and next 9 ingredients in large zip-lock bag. Add pork, seal and chill at least 12 hours (or overnight). Remove pork, and discard marinade.
Grill to desired temperature.
