Apple Muffins
Original recipe makes 1 Batch
| 2 tbHoney |
| 1 cAM Instant Oatmeal |
| 1/2 cAM Garbanzo Flour |
| 1 1/2 tsNon-alum baking powder |
| 1/2 cRaisins (optional) |
| 3/4 cWater |
| 1/4 cAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil |
| 1 mdApple; grated |
| 1/2 tsSea salt (optional) |
Apple Muffins Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquids and stir into dry mix. Let sit a few minutes to thicken. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes or until done.
