Original recipe makes 1 Batch
2 tbHoney
1 cAM Instant Oatmeal
1/2 cAM Garbanzo Flour
1 1/2 tsNon-alum baking powder
1/2 cRaisins (optional)
3/4 cWater
1/4 cAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1 mdApple; grated
1/2 tsSea salt (optional)

Apple Muffins Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquids and stir into dry mix. Let sit a few minutes to thicken. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes or until done.
