Ingredients

1 c Dried apricots
1/2 ts Red chili pepper; ground
1 c Dried peaches
1/2 c Golden raisins
4 Garlic; minced
2 c Wine vinegar
5 md Green apples; cored, peeled
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 1/2 c Sugar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Place in food processer and lightly process so that there are chunks about 1/2 inch in size.
