This recipe is quick easy and SO much fun!
Pre-Heat Oven to 425 degrees before starting prep work. Will allow the oven to be ready by the time you are done prepping.
Combine:
Hamburger, onion, green pepper, Ritz Crackers, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs into large mixing bowl. Combine until mixture is completely combined.
Prep:
-If you have a non-stick cake pan 11x13 it would be easier. But if you have vegetable cooking spray spray generously bottoms and sides of cake pan.
-Take a handful or (0.5-1 cup) of mixture and form into hamburgers. (It will make up to 4 individually sized loafs).
-Take Ketchup and put as much as you like on top of each loaf and spread with butter knife so that it is on the entire top of each loaf.
Cook: Cook at 425 degrees for an hour.
If you can not get Ritz crackers I recommend putting a tsp of melted butter in the mixture with a package of saltines. Makes the meatloaf fluffy.
