Dice cooked potatoes into large bowl. For marinade pour oil, vinegar, caraway seed, salt, pepper into jar, seal. Shake vigorously.
Pour marinade over potatoes and let sit for 1 hour.
Add onion, eggs and salad dressing and toss. Garnish with paprika.
