Suggest a better description1. In a saucepan combine milk, pumpkin pie filling, caramel syrup and stevia (or sugar); cook on medium heat, stirring, until steaming.
2. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and spice. Using an immersion blender on low, blend the milk mixture for several seconds until it is foamy.
3. Pour into a large mug or two mugs. Add the espresso on top.
4. Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, or cinnamon on top.
If you don't have an immersion or stick blender, you can use a milk frother or a regular blender.
I make the espresso in a small stovetop moka pot. You could also use strong coffee.
