4 cupsCountry style hashbrowns; thawed
16 ouncesFat free sour cream
2 cupsSharp chedder cheese; shredded
2 can (12 oz)Cream of Potato Soup
8 ouncesDeli Sliced Ham; chopped
1 1/2 cupsFresh Parmesean Cheese; grated
Garlic salt; to taste
Salt and pepper; to taste

Ham and Cheese Hashbrown Casserole Preparation

Combine the hash browns, sour cream, cream of potato soup, sharp cheddar, and ham in a large bowl and mix together.

Pour into a 9x13 greased dish and press down (evening it out). Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and garlic salt over the top. (seems like a lot but is perfect).

Bake at 375(F) for 1 hour or until bubbling.

Notes

I have also pre-made this and put it in the freezer to cook later. Still tastes WONDERFUL!
