| 1 3/4 cupsWhite Flour |
| 2 teaspoonsBaking powder |
| 4 tablespoonsLight brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 teaspoonCinnamon; ground |
| 1/4 teaspooncloves; ground |
| 1 teaspoonGinger; ground |
| 1/4 teaspoonallspice; ground |
| 1 1/2 cupsMilk |
| 1 cupPumpkin; cooked,fresh or canned |
| 2 largeEgg; beaten |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonVanilla extract |
| 1/4 cupbutter |
Pumpkin Pancakes Preparation
1. Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Salt, and Spices.
2. Stir in Milk, Pumpkin, eggs, Vanilla extract and bacon drippings.
3. pre heat and grease griddle with butter.
4. Pour size of Pancake you want and cook flip only once.
Notes
Sevre Warm with REAL maple syrup that has been warmed in hot water while pancakes were being made.
