Go ahead and make a Theme day for the day you Cut your Pumpkins for carving. Start out with the Pancakes for Breakfast, or even have them for dinner.

1 3/4 cups White Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
4 tablespoons Light brown sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon; ground
1/4 teaspoon cloves; ground
1 teaspoon Ginger; ground
1/4 teaspoon allspice; ground
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 cup Pumpkin; cooked,fresh or canned
2 large Egg; beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter

Preparation

1. Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Salt, and Spices.

2. Stir in Milk, Pumpkin, eggs, Vanilla extract and bacon drippings.

3. pre heat and grease griddle with butter.

4. Pour size of Pancake you want and cook flip only once.

Notes

Sevre Warm with REAL maple syrup that has been warmed in hot water while pancakes were being made.
