Chill Con Carne
| 1 eachOnion; quartered |
| 2 clovesGarlic |
| 1 eachChilli; small red (or 1 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder |
| 400 gramsBeef; roughly cubed |
| 1 tspOlive oil |
| 300 gramsKidney beans; can red, rinsed and drained |
| 400 gramTomato; can |
| Oregano, Thyme, Basil or Mixed Herbs; to Taste, (fresh or dried) |
| 2 tbspTM Vegetable Stock Concentrate |
| 2 tbspTomato Paste; (optional) |
| 1 pinchSugar |
| Cheese; grated (optional) |
| Sour cream; (optional) |
| Corn chips; (optional) |
Chill Con Carne Preparation
Method

Place onion, garlic and fresh chilli into TM bowl and chop for 6 seconds on speed 7.
Add meat, set dial to closed lid position and mince by pulsing Turbo button 4-6 times
Add oil and saute for 2 minutes at 100c on Reverse + speed soft
Serve in bowl garnished with chees, sour creem and corn chips.
General tips
--------------------------------
For thicker consistency more meat can be used ie. 600g beef, but mince it in two batches - 300g at a time.
For a vegetarian alternative, use additional tin of Kidney Beans. Delet step 2 and before adding remaining ingredients, add a tin of Kidney Beans and puree for 10 seconds on speed 6.
