Preheat oven to 350?F. In large bowl using hand mixer, combine first five ingredients. Transfer to a 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish. If desired, top with blue cheese crumbles. Bake at 350?F for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and center is hot.
Serve warm with Wheat Thins, baby carrots and celery sticks for dipping. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
This recipe can also be heated in the microwave in lieu of the oven.
