Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 Degrees F. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray, set aside.
Combine all crumb mixture ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at low speed until mixture is crumbly, 2-3 minutes.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture; press remaining crumb mixture into the sprayed 9x13 pan, covering the entire bottom of hte pan. Spread preserves to within 1/2 inch from edge of crumb mixture (avoids sticking and burnin). Crumble remaining crumb mixture over preserves.
Bake 40-50 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
