Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1/4 cupbuffalo wing sauce
1 1/4 cupspanko crumbs
1/2 teaspoonPaprika
1/4 teaspoonSalt
1 poundchicken breast, cut in strips
2 tablespoonsButter, melted
Blue cheese dressing

Baked Buffalo Chicken Fingers Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.

In a shallow dish, place wing sauce. In another shallow dish, mix panko, paprika, salt and butter. Dip chicken into wing sauce, coat evenly with panko mixture. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake uncovered 8-10 minutes ur until chicken is no longer pink in the center and coating is starting to brown. Serve with blue cheese dressing.

Notes

Use precut chicken tenders to shorten prep time.
