Original recipe makes 6 Servings
3 lbs.lean ground beef; room temperature
1 wholelrg. sweet onion; chopped well
1 wholesweet red pepper; chopped well
1 wholebulb of garlic; chopped well
2 wholeEggs; beaten
1/4 cupsmontreal steak spice; mixed in
1/4 cupsA1 steak sauce; mix in

A Perry Burger Preparation

This is very simple,chop all veggies and garlic into small pieces,mix in all the ingredients together,once everything is mixed together form you burgers and your ready to go.Place the burgers on a preheated grill,let it cook for 5 minutes and then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.Only flip the burger once ! Melt the cheese on top of the burger about 3 minutes before it's ready.

Notes

Lean ground beef for burgers are best done in my opinion at med-rare.
