As easy as 1-2-3, i.e., 1 stick of butter, 2 tablespoons of lemon Juice and 3 egg yolks !!
Put all 3 ingredients in a small sauce pan over very low heat and stir constantly until the butter is melted completely and the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. Remove from heat and stir again just before serving. Serve warm.
Note: If the sauce separates while cooking, remove from heat and add small slivers of ice until sauce comes back together. Return to heat and continue stirring!
