Slow Cooked Stuffed Red Bell Peppers

Slow Cooked Stuffed Red Bell Peppers

Ready in 1 hour

Meatless main dish - easy to add ground beef if desired.

"We had this for dinner last night - I stuffed a few peppers, then added ground beef to the mixture to make this meal good for both of us (he eats meat, I don't). It was very good with rice. Needed salt, and my husband added some cayenne to spice his up a little. Overall, very good!"
