Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cPlain yoghurt
Chopped fresh mint; optional
1 Garlic; minced
1/4 tsSalt
2 tsolive oil
1/4 cFinely shredded cucumber;
1/4 tsPepper

Tzatziki Preparation
