This is a fresh delicious twist on a great cut of meat.
Begin by marinating the steak in the oil, cilantro, lime juice mixture.
Next, transfer steak to hot grill. While steak is cooking prepare salsa.
Place cherries and jalapeno pepper in a blender. Add cilantro and scallions.
Continue to cook steak to desired temperature, I prefer about 155 degrees F.
Serve steak hot with salsa and desired side items.
Make sure to butterfly cut the steak as the thick tenderloin is not desirable for the grill.
