Original recipe makes 1
2 tsOlive oil; (up to 3)
1 tbFresh dill; finely chopped
1 tbWine vinegar
1 tsfresh mint; Finely chopped
1 cSour cream
1 pnSalt
1 cOR Plain yougurt AND
2 cPlain yogurt
1 Garlic; minced
1 mdCucumber; peeled

Tzatziki #2 Preparation

Combine all ingredients in glass or earthenware bowl; chill for several hours. Use a a dip with vegetables or as a side dish. I am sorry this recipe makes no sense. One cup and then 2 cups of yogurt? As well a cup of sour cream?

I will omit the oil and vinegar next time, as I served it over lamb burgers. If using as a salad dressing then I'd keep them in.

Yummy! I use to eat this with pita bread at a greek restaurant I use to work at ALL the time. Its very addictive. This tastes JUST like it. Yummy

This is a good recipe. I used lemon juice instead of vinegar. It's great on a greek salad!
