Nutella Mini Mug Cake

Ready in 45 minutes

A microwave mug cake with Nutella!! Yum!!! Serves one.

"My children love Nutella so obviously they wanted to make this . It was quick and easy! I ended up cooking it for 50 to 55 seconds because my kids don't like to see anything runny . It was beautiful when made in a beveled bottom mug!!!! Thanks for the recipe!"

Ingredients

Are you making this?
1 Tablespoon Nutella
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Flour; heaping
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon Brown sugar; packed

Original recipe makes 1 Serving

Servings

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe mug or bowl. Microwave on High power for 30 seconds. Add 15 seconds if not cooked to your liking. Watch to make sure it does not overflow. Top with more Nutella or peanut butter.

Notes

I like this hot and gooey. So I am careful not to overcook. It will cook some after you take it out of the microwave. You can drizzle extra Nutella over the top. Yeah!!!

This is the best recipe in a mug so far. It taste like a bad cupcake, which is really good considering the others even taste that good! I'll be experimenting with this recipe.

For a mug recipe, I was impressed. Mixed dry ingredients separate from wet, and added some vanilla.

Absolutely LOVELY! And so easy to make as well. Too good to be true this recipe. I omitted the baking soda so it turned out quite dense but I quite like it that way. Just enough space at the top of the mug for some icecream.
