Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 cuncooked wild rice
3 cboiling water
2 stripsbaconc; c
1/4 cchopped onion
3/4 cchopped celery
1/2 csliced carrots
1 canchicken broth
2 canscream of mushroom soup
1 teaseasoned salt

Wild Rice Soup Preparation

Combine rice and boiling water - simmer uncovered for 50 to 60 min. Drain off excess liquid. Set aside Fry bacon and then drain grease all but 1 tbls - saute onion, celery and carrots. Combine broth soup, milk etc Cover and simmer 1 hour
