Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 500g barCheese; Grated
1 300mlEvaporated milk
1/4 Butter

Cheese Sauce / Dip Preparation

1. Grate the cheese.

2. Pre-heat the pan

3. Melt the butter

4. Add the grated cheese and stir

5. Mix in the milk

continuously stir until the cheese melts a bit**

Let it cool and serve with nachos or chips or use as macaroni or spaghetti toppings instead of just grated cheese

Notes

**some may opt to leave the chesse not too much melted to have some texture.
